Each order is carefully wrapped in a signature Showroom-X luxe recyclable custom box printed with vegetable ink, lined with tissue paper and housed in a cardboard box for protection.

Sustainability:
Thank you for helping us take steps towards a more sustainable future for retail. Alongside our shipping partner, Shippit, 100% of carbon emissions from your delivery are offset. With your recent purchase we have adopted a tree on your behalf from the WithOneSeed community forestry program in Timor-Leste - part of xpand Foundation's reforestation initiative.

Delivery costs:
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders.

If you would like your item shipped express, we offer a $15 flat rate domestic express shipping option.

International shipping is $60 flat rate. You may be charged customs/duties on receiving your order in your country.
 Any customs and duties fees are to be paid by you. We recommend you contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding fees and duties. Showroom-X cannot refund any customs fees/duties fees charged.

Artworks are sent by professionals and where advised delivery is POA.

Perfumes:
Perfumes are sent via road express services as they cannot be sent via air freight. For this reason we cannot send perfumes internationally. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery within Australia.

International Delivery:
As an International customer with an order being delivered to an address outside of Australia,  you may be charged customs/duties on receiving your order in your country.
Any customs and duties fees are to be paid by you. We recommend you contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding fees and duties. Showroom-X cannot refund any customs fees/duties fees charged. 
Your order will be sent with a commercial invoice and cannot be sent without one. We appreciate your understanding and kindly ask that you do not request orders to be sent without the necessary paperwork.

Showroom-X charges all relevant import taxes and duties are paid at the time of purchase. This ensures there will be no surprises or hidden fees when your order arrives. Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout according to your shipping destination. Please note, duties and taxes are non-refundable.


Drop Ship Orders:
All pieces ordered from our Drop Ship partners will be dispatched from their fashion house to yours. Please allow an additional two business days for handling.

Delivery of Artworks:
Art will be shipped by professionals. Please allow 5-7 business days for handling and then 7-10 business days for delivery.
If you are located in NSW and would like to collect your artwork (where applicable) please contact us prior to placing your order so we can arrange this for you by emailing customercare@showroom-x.com

Where we deliver to:
In addition to shipping to Australia and New Zealand, Showroom-X can ship to most countries around the world. We use Shippit to ensure you receive the best service and experience, with live tracking and notifications.

Delivery time frames:
Once your order has been processed, domestic delivery generally takes between 2-4 business days. International delivery takes approximately 7-14 business days, however this may vary depending on location.
