ESSEN is an Australian brand but most of their designs are shipped from Europe. Their warehousing and distribution was deliberately chosen to be near their factories so they can produce only what we need and minimise the total distance your pieces have to travel.

Express Shipping
Flat rate of $15 for express shipping. Delivery is expected within 1-4 business days from the date of fulfilment.
International Shipping
Flat rate of $60 AUD for international orders. Delivery time is estimated between 6-27 days. Check the Australia Post website for more accurate estimates.

Showroom-X is happy to provide an exchange, credit or refund any fashion order. Please note, we do not accept returns on sale items or artwork.
- Please lodge your return within 5 days of receiving your item.
- Your return will need to be posted within 10 days of receiving your item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please lodge your return via our Returns Portal or emailing customercare@showroom-x.com.
- Items must be unused with all designer and/or Showroom-X tags and packaging still attached and intact. This is a must, and we thank you for your understanding.
- Items must be free from makeup and perfume (so please be mindful of this when trying your garments on).
