Returns
A lot of care, time and consideration has gone into selecting pieces that we love and think you will cherish too. If for any reason you are not happy with the pieces you have purchased, or if there is something incorrect with your order, please accept our apologies.
We are happy to refund, exchange, or credit any full-price fashion orders where:
- A returns request has been made and approved within 7 days of receiving your order (don’t worry – this is really easy and quick to do. We have more details on this below).
- Your returned item has been sent within 7 days of return request approval and Showroom-X has been provided with a tracking number.
- Items must be unused with all designer and/or Showroom-X tags and packaging still attached and intact. This is a must, and we thank you for your understanding.
- Items must be free from makeup and perfume (so please be mindful of this when trying your garments on).
Please note
- Return postage charges are the responsibility of the sender unless the garment is faulty in which case Showroom-X will cover the return postage.
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
- Unauthorised or late returns will not be accepted or processed.
Exclusions: Due to health considerations, undergarments, swim, earrings and wellness products (e.g. skincare, perfumes, body products) are non-returnable.
Artworks, made to order garments and sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
Process for Returns
For items shipped directly from our partner designers our team will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions for processing your return. By working directly with our partners, we reduce the carbon footprint of your order and minimise waste. We appreciate your understanding of this sustainable approach.
- Lodge a return request via the Returns Portal on our website through your account or email customercare@showroom-x.com
- Await approval from the customer service team.
- Once approved, post the item back to the given address within 7 days using a tracked courier.
- Send customercare@showroom-x.com your tracking number (returns cannot be processed without a supplied tracking number)
Wait for your item to reach the warehouse (7-14 business days), there it will be checked over. Once approved we will issue you with your chosen method of exchange, refund or store credit. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Special Cases
Pre-orders: Deposits for pre-order items are non-refundable for change of mind. However, once the goods have been shipped and received, standard return policies apply.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, we will issue a full refund in your original form of payment. If you have any concerns regarding your pre-order, please reach out to customercare@showroom-x.com.
Made to order: Made to order garments are not eligible for returns unless faulty due to the customisation, time and care put into your one-of-a-kind garment.
Faulty Items: We will happily provide the option of a full refund, exchange or credit note in the unlikely event that a piece arrives and is faulty or damaged. Each order has been carefully wrapped for you so if we have missed any flaws, we are truly sorry. We recommend that you open your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if you have any concerns by emailing customercare@showroom-x.com - we will advise next steps for you.
Store Credits: Valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
