Perfumes
Perfumes are sent via road express services as they cannot be sent via air freight. For this reason we cannot send perfumes internationally. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery within Australia.
International Delivery
As an International customer with an order being delivered to an address outside of Australia, you may be charged customs/duties on receiving your order in your country.
Any customs and duties fees are to be paid by you. We recommend you contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding fees and duties. Showroom-X cannot refund any customs fees/duties fees charged.
Your order will be sent with a commercial invoice and cannot be sent without one. We appreciate your understanding and kindly ask that you do not request orders to be sent without the necessary paperwork.
Showroom-X charges all relevant import taxes and duties are paid at the time of purchase. This ensures there will be no surprises or hidden fees when your order arrives. Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout according to your shipping destination. Please note, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Delivery of Artworks
Art will be shipped by professionals. Please allow 5-7 business days for handling and then 7-10 business days for delivery.
If you are located in NSW and would like to collect your artwork (where applicable) please contact us prior to placing your order so we can arrange this for you by emailing customercare@showroom-x.com
