Do you have a store I can visit?
No, we are an online store. We operate out of a showroom in Claremont, Western Australia.

Can I pre-order?
Yes! We offer innovative pre-order functionality across many of our brand partnerships, allowing designers to produce pieces as they are ordered. We believe this promotes a more sustainable relationship to your clothes while dramatically reducing over-production and returns. Specific pieces available for pre-order will be listed on the website.
How does pre-order work?
At the time of placing your order you pay a 30% deposit to secure your piece. When we receive your item in we will contact you and arrange the balance payment. Note: If you choose to pay via Afterpay for a Pre-Order item you will be charged the full price not the deposit amount.
I can't see my size available? Do you have it in stock?
This usually means we are out of stock in that size, but let us try and source one for you! Email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to track one down for you.
Where do you ship?
In addition to shipping to Australia and New Zealand, Showroom-X can ship to most countries around the world.
Can I change or edit my order once payment has been processed?
If you need help placing your order, or would like one of our customer service consultants to assist with sizing or styling advice, we are happy to do so – please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your order has been placed we are unable to change or cancel your order, however our normal returns terms will still apply.
What payment methods does Showroom-X accept?
We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay.
How do I change my contact details?
You can change your contact details simply by logging into your Showroom-X account and updating the specific information fields as needed. Remember to save all changes after they have been made. If you require help with this, don’t hesitate to reach out at email@example.com.
What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?
