Express Shipping
Flat rate of $15 for express shipping. Delivery is expected within 1-4 business days from the date of fulfilment.
International Shipping
Flat rate of $60 AUD for international orders. Delivery time is estimated between 6-27 days. Check the Australia Post website for more accurate estimates.

Artwork Shipping

- Please lodge your return within 5 days of receiving your item.
- Your return will need to be posted within 10 days of receiving your item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please lodge your return via our Returns Portal or emailing customercare@showroom-x.com.
- Items must be unused with all designer and/or Showroom-X tags and packaging still attached and intact. This is a must, and we thank you for your understanding.
- Items must be free from makeup and perfume (so please be mindful of this when trying your garments on).
