Customs/Duties: Any duties and taxes are payable by the customer upon arrival of goods. Showroom-X cannot refund any customs fees/duties fees charged.
As an International customer you won't be charged GST when your order is being delivered to an address outside of Australia however you may be charged customs/duties on receiving your order in your country.
Typically orders under $1000 AUD are not subject to import duties, but please consult your local customs office to understand any fees your order may incur as we cannot guarantee this.

Artwork Shipping

All artwork is wrapped and sent by our specialist shipping partner to ensure care is taken. Please enquire through the form on the individual artwork product page for a delivery quote.
Processing Time: 3-7 business days.
Delivery Time: 7-10 business days (domestic).
Local Pickup: Select artworks are available for local pick up in WA and NSW. Available upon request by contacting customer care.

Perfume Shipping

Domestic Only (Australia). Perfumes are sent via road express services as they cannot be sent via air freight. For this reason we cannot send perfumes internationally.
